The Saibaba temple in Deviramannahalli, Nanjangud, was my 224th visit in November 2016

Baba's blessings: After visiting Nanjangud Raghavendra swamy temple in the evening, i started at around 7pm to go to baba temple from Raghavendra temple. From Nanjangud bus stop to baba temple hardly 2 kms, but the auto wala took me close to 6 kms where he couldnt find the temple. I asked him several times to enquire localites, but he was hesitant to do so, finally i told him to go back where we could enquire localites, although it was National highway between Nanjangud to Ooty, but road was completely isolated and dark. So couldnt ask any localites. Worst part was auto stopped due to no fuel 2 km away from Deviramannahalli bus stop, all the way i had to walk down to this temple. Finally i had reached the temple at around 20.15, by then the temple was closed,  even if i would walked from Nanjangud by 7PM, i would have reached this temple in 15 mins, but because auto guy, he roamed the town for 45 mins due to which i couldnt go in time to the temple. 

I was around for 15 mins, one gentleman who lives near by was sitting there, knowing that i have come from far, he asked the priest if the temple can be opened, however, priest didnt allow temple to open, since the meditation hall was opened, he advised me to have a look. Somehow, with baba's blessing 25 mins later, man who had the key along with priest, he opened the temple.

This temple is situated on Ooty Main Road opposite to J.S.S.College at Devirammanahalli, Nanjangudu, Karnataka. The temple is at a distance of about 2 Minutes walk from Devirammanahalli Bus Stop.

The Temple was inaugurated on 1st July 2010, Thursday by Sri.Puttanna of Sri Saipadananda Satsanga, Bangalore.

A Beautiful Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba is present in the 1st floor of the temple. Panchaloha Idol of Ganesha, Sai Baba used is used for Daily Abhishekam and for Pallakki Utsav on Thursday’s and other festive occasion is placed in front of the main Idol. German Silver Idol of Goddess Lakshmi is also present in front of the main Saibaba Idol.

An Idol of Nandi is present opposite to the Saibaba Idol as in Shirdi. Marble Paduka is also present in front of the main Saibaba Idol.A Black Stone Idol of Ganesha is present at the right side of the entrance of the Main Saibaba Mandir.

Dwarakamai is present in the ground floor of the Mandir where a beautiful life size photograph of Dwarakamai Baba pose is present. Dhuni is present at the entrance of Dwarakamai.

Alight at Devirammanahalli Bus Stop on Ooty Main Road. The temple is situated at 2 minutes walk from the Bus Stop. All Private / Government Buses plying on the Ooty Main Road stops here.
