The Saibaba Temple in Chandan Nagar, Pune was my 184th visit in September 2016.
Since I stayed in Four Points hotel in Viman Nagar, i am aware of the direction to reach baba temple is only from Viman Nagar. Take a share auto or individual auto which goes to Kharadi. If you are going by your vehicle, then from Four points to your left, take right in the next signal and then enquire from there. From Four points it is hardly 1 km to reach baba temple.
