The Saibaba temple in Vepery, Chennai was my 123rd visit in December 2012.

Saibaba temple was constructed inside an Amman temple by an ardent devotee of Sai (Mr Gopi's father), now the temple activities/services is being taken care by Mr Gopi.

Unable to take much photos inside the sanctum as the temple was closed by then, so the photos were taken from outside zooming inside.
